But PLC’s Halloween Bash will be!

Each year, PLC participates in the American Bar Association’s National Pro Bono Celebration with a variety of events and activities based on the guiding principles of the ABA Pro Bono Committee:

  • Recruit more pro bono volunteers
  • Increase legal services to poor and vulnerable people
  • Mobilize community support for pro bono
  • Foster collaborative relationships
  • Recognize the pro bono efforts of America’s lawyer.

This year, PLC will mark the weeklong Celebration (October 25-31) with two Pro Bono Trainings (Naturalization and Guardianship) as well as our annual Halloween Bash. The Pro Bono Basic Guardianship Law Training is co-hosted by the OCBA on Monday, October 26 from 6 to 8 pm. The Pro Bono Naturalization Law Training is open to Attorneys and Law Students, and will be held on Tuesday, October 27 from 6 to 7:30 pm at the UC Irvine School of Law. For more information and to register for the events, please click here for the Guardianship Training and click here for the Naturalization Training.

Later in the week, PLC Advocates and the OC Lavender Bar Association will host our annual Halloween Bash at Crevier Classic Cars on Friday, October 30. Join our cast of spooky characters for a hosted bar, dancing, psychic readings, and even a photo booth. Purchase your tickets by clicking here.

As we all know, scary places are best visited in a group, so tell all your friends and have a frightfully good National Pro Bono Celebration!

Best,
