Public Law Center hosts the following clinics:
Bankruptcy Clinic
PLC co-hosts a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Clinic with the Orange County Bar Association. PLC staff and volunteer attorneys provide guidance to self-represented debtors who cannot afford to hire an attorney.

Elder Law Clinic
PLC operates an Elder Law clinic to assist Orange County residents who are 60 years of age and older who need assistance with civil consumer law matters and elder abuse restraining orders. If you believe you are being harmed by a person or a business because of your age, please call us!
The clinic is currently held in person on the first Tuesday of every month at the OC Family Justice Center, 150 W. Vermont Ave. Anaheim, CA 92805, from 10:00 am to 12:00 p.m. Please call (714) 541-1010 ext. 375 to make an appointment. Walk-in appointments may be available. Spanish interpretation is available.

Federal Pro Se Clinic
PLC operates a Federal Pro Se Clinic to offer on-site information and guidance to individuals who are representing themselves in most federal civil actions.

Guardianship Clinic
PLC operates a clinic to assist litigants seeking, opposing, or wishing to terminate or modify Guardianships of the Person.
Tuesday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, excluding holidays, at the Public Law Center office located at 615 Civic Center Dr. W, Santa Ana. In Person, by Appointment.

Kraemer Clinic
PLC holds legal clinics at Bridges at Kraemer Place, a shelter for those who are unhoused. The Clinic is strictly for those who are unhoused and currently staying at and receiving services through Bridges at Kramer Place. The Clinic is a general intake clinic to help address legal needs that may be creating barriers for individuals and families attempting to access housing. Residents of Bridges at Kraemer Place should be receiving and have access to other benefits and programs provided through the shelter.
Second Tuesday of the month from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Currently in-person, individuals sign up for clinic appointments through Kraemer staff (Mercy House).

De Facto and Adoptive Parent Clinic
PLC operates a clinic to assist people who seek to become the de facto or pre-adoptive parents of children in Orange County dependency proceedings.
In-person on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the Lamoreaux Justice Center, by appointment only.

Domestic Violence Clinic
PLC operates a clinic to assist victims of domestic violence with Declarations. This clinic is for document preparation only; legal advice will not be given. Space is very limited, and will be on a first come, first served basis.

PLC assists low-income Irvine Residents with housing, veterans, health, immigration, consumer, and family law services.
The first and third Tuesday of each month from 1PM – 5PM in person at the Trabuco Center located at 5701 Trabuco Rd, Irvine, CA.
